Conditions of Use for the Trial Version of PFJ

This software product (the "SOFTWARE") is called PFJ.

The author of the SOFTWARE (the "AUTHOR") is Mike Parsons.

Subject to the conditions below, you are hereby granted a licence by the AUTHOR to install and use the SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation you must register with the AUTHOR and obtain a full licence. For information on how to register please select the appropriate entry in the SOFTWARE's Help menu.

You may, without making any payment to the AUTHOR, publish or distribute the SOFTWARE to any other person. You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting donations for any copies of the SOFTWARE, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the AUTHOR.

The full ownership rights and title to the SOFTWARE will remain the exclusive property of the AUTHOR. The SOFTWARE is protected by international copyright law. You may not sell, rent or lease the SOFTWARE nor may any rights granted to you by the AUTHOR be transferred to any other person or organisation.

You must not modify the SOFTWARE, including this licence notice, in any way.

All rights of any kind in the SOFTWARE which are not expressly granted in this notice are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by the AUTHOR. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE product unless you have prior written permission from the AUTHOR to do so.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR NAMED IN THIS NOTICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

The AUTHOR may from time to time, at his sole discretion, make available with or without charge, updates to the SOFTWARE. No such action will create any warranty obligation on the part of the AUTHOR.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales.

This is the entire agreement between you and the AUTHOR which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this licence.
